Additional digital accessibility services (ADA & WCAG).
24/7 technical support.
4. Accounts and Security
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
Any activity carried out under their account is the client’s responsibility.
Kaixo Host reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Payments and Billing
Services are offered in monthly, semi-annual, and annual plans.
Payment is made in advance.
Free domains apply only to annual hosting plans.
Billing in USD ($). Taxes added as required by jurisdiction.
6. Renewals and Cancellations
Plans auto-renew unless canceled by the client.
Cancellation is available anytime via the dashboard or by email.

7. Acceptable Use
The client agrees NOT to use services for:
Sending spam or malware.
Phishing, fraud, or illegal activities.

Technical support available 24/7 via email or ticket.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, control panels, and technology are property of Kaixo Host or its providers.
The client retains all rights over hosted content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kaixo Host will not be liable for indirect losses, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.
11. Refund Policy
Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee.
Domains: non-refundable once registered.
Additional services: subject to specific conditions.
12. Modifications
Kaixo Host may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Florida.
